Billing is handled by a person, not a portal. Write to us and the same person answers every time, 9 AM to 6 PM ET.

Is the trial really free?

Fourteen days, no card. Connect your tools on day one and the first scores arrive the next morning. If you stop, the connections are revoked and the data erased.

What counts as a client?

Any client with an active retainer in your time tracker that month. Project-only clients and paused retainers are not counted.

What happens if we go over the plan’s clients?

Nothing switches off. Each extra client is billed at the plan’s rate on the next invoice: $4 on Studio, $3 on Agency, $2 on Network.

Can we change plans or cancel mid-year?

Move up at any time and pay the difference. Cancel a yearly plan and the unused months are refunded, with no form to fill in.

Is there a price for very small shops?

Agencies with five clients or fewer pay $49 a month on Studio. Write to hello@keepwell.co from your work address and we will set it up.
